Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Reframe Wellness website and the purchase, enrolment in and participation in services provided by Reframe Wellness (“Reframe Wellness”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in or participating in our services, you (“the Client”, “you” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

Reframe Wellness provides nutrition, personal training, fitness, lifestyle and wellness coaching services.

Depending on the service or package selected, services may include:

  • Nutrition consultations and coaching

  • Individualised nutrition recommendations

  • Meal plans and recipes

  • Lifestyle and habit coaching

  • Personal training and exercise programming

  • Online or app-based training

  • Fitness and performance coaching

  • Progress reviews and check-ins

  • Educational resources

  • Digital programs and resources

Specific inclusions will depend on the service or package purchased.

2. Minimum 12-Week Commitment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Reframe Wellness coaching services are subject to a minimum 12-week commitment.

By enrolling, you agree to the applicable minimum commitment period and associated fees.

Failure to attend appointments, submit check-ins, follow recommendations, complete training sessions or access provided resources does not automatically pause, extend or cancel your coaching agreement.

3. 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of enrolment.

You may request cancellation during this period without being charged the early cancellation fee.

Cancellation must be requested in writing within 48 hours of enrolment.

Where you specifically request that personalised services commence during the cooling-off period and services have already been provided, Reframe Wellness may charge or retain a reasonable amount for services already supplied, subject to applicable law.

4. Early Cancellation

If you choose to cancel after the 48-hour cooling-off period but before completing your initial 12-week minimum commitment, an early cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining fees within your minimum commitment period will be payable.

For example, if $600 remains payable within your initial 12-week commitment, the early cancellation fee would be $300.

Once the applicable early cancellation fee has been paid, the remaining 50% of those minimum-term fees will not be payable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Cancellation After the Minimum Term

After completing the initial 12-week minimum commitment, ongoing coaching may be cancelled by providing 14 days' written notice, unless otherwise stated in your individual agreement.

Payments scheduled within the applicable notice period may still be payable.

6. Fees, Payments and Refunds.

All fees and payment arrangements will be communicated before or at the time of enrolment.

Where recurring payments are selected, payments will be processed according to the agreed schedule.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and sufficient funds are available.

Where payments become overdue, Reframe Wellness may temporarily suspend access to coaching, programs or resources until payment has been resolved.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided for change of mind, unused sessions, missed appointments or failure to participate in the coaching service. Requests arising from medical hardship or exceptional circumstances will be considered individually. Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, and where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.

7. Appointments and Check-Ins

Where appointments are included, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.

Where check-ins form part of your coaching service, you are responsible for submitting them within the requested timeframe.

Late or missed check-ins may result in delayed feedback or program adjustments. Your existing program may remain in place until your next review.

Missing a check-in does not pause or cancel your coaching service.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their coaching.

You agree to inform Reframe Wellness of relevant changes to your health, medications, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, symptoms or other circumstances that may affect your nutrition or exercise recommendations.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice where necessary.

9. Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition services may include dietary assessment, nutrition education, individualised recommendations, meal planning, lifestyle recommendations and supplement recommendations where appropriate and within professional scope.

Nutrition coaching does not replace emergency medical care or medical services outside the professional scope of the practitioner providing your service.

Where appropriate, you may be advised to seek assessment or treatment from a GP or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.

10. Personal Training and Exercise

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks.

Clients receiving exercise programming may be required to complete pre-exercise screening before commencing.

You are responsible for informing Reframe Wellness of relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications or physical limitations.

Where further medical or allied-health assessment is recommended, you should obtain appropriate professional advice before commencing or continuing the relevant exercise.

11. Online and Unsupervised Training

Some training programs may be completed independently through an online platform or coaching application.

When exercising without direct supervision, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your exercise environment is reasonably safe

  • Equipment is suitable and in safe working condition

  • You have sufficient space to perform exercises

  • You follow exercise instructions provided

  • You select appropriate weights, loads and modifications

  • You stop exercising if you experience pain or concerning symptoms

12. Results

Reframe Wellness does not guarantee specific health, fitness, body composition, performance or wellbeing outcomes.

Testimonials and previous client results are examples only and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

13. Professional Scope

Reframe Wellness practitioners and coaches provide services within their respective qualifications and professional scope.

Where your needs fall outside that scope, we may recommend referral to an appropriately qualified medical or allied-health practitioner.

14. Intellectual Property

All programs, training plans, meal plans, recipes, guides, videos, e-books, educational materials and other resources supplied by Reframe Wellness remain the intellectual property of Reframe Wellness unless otherwise stated.

16. Respectful Conduct

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or seriously inappropriate behaviour towards Reframe Wellness staff, coaches or community members will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to discontinue services where continuing the professional relationship is inappropriate or unsafe, subject to applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reframe Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from a client's failure to disclose relevant information, follow appropriate safety instructions or seek recommended professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

18. Changes to These Terms

Reframe Wellness may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The current version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to applicable Australian consumer law.
